The managers of Thriving Communities have made every effort to maximize returns for our investors. Our preferred plan, to build and then rent out the property for 10 years, eliminates the risk of litigation from Delayed Discovery (a common issue with new condominium complexes), and allows the units to appreciate so that, when sold, investors receive more cash. However, knowing that every investor has different needs, we have devised multiple exits that return the original investment as well as additional gains.
